Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hygiene-related products once opened

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
